It’s been a long time since my writing, though stories have always entered my mind ready to be shared. And now it’s that time again..
November. Always that time of the year where we look back what life brought us thus far. Are you blessed? Did you grow? Have you accomplished what you want? Are you satisfied or does it make you sad again? Questions all over. What a year can do to a person. Sometimes it’s fascinating to see how much we can change. Good or bad.
To me 2016 has been a year of change and letting things go. Embrace that pain and change it into strength! I’m done with letting things get to me. It’s time to enjoy life more often and make yourself happy! It’s so true when we say we’ve got one opportunity to make the best of it. So why let negative things keep you busy all the time?
Ofcourse in order to grow we have to go through some stuff to get us to that place where we want to be! But don’t let certain things get to you so you get stuck! Use it as a strength to achieve your dreams. It’s so easy to give in to sad feelings and negative thoughts. Because you don’t have to fight for it, they’re always there in an instant. But it’s all about mindset. Instead of looking out for the things that hurt you, why not count your blessings? The people around you? The things you did accomplish so far. Use it as a strength!
I know it is easier said than done, believe me. But you know.. It’s not wrong to give in sometimes to being sad. Sometimes the best thing you can do is embrace it and accept that you feel all these emotions. Just let it go. Cry if you want to, scream if you feel the need it’s okay. You will feel better soon. And again.. Use it as a strength. Don’t feel embarrassed after crying or being mad. It’s human to do. We all have these kind of days. So don’t feel alone and lock yourself up. Ofcourse it’s okay to be alone for a while, but you have way much more to offer than just being sad.
It will pass. Nothing lasts forever. Embrace it and use it.
